Last Part

Shirley suggested that love happens very easily to the side kicks but always eludes the main characters. Following that rule I am taking liberty to mention that Armaan and Anji are a pair.

Here, Ashutosh and Armaan were breaking their heads to scheme on how to stop Nidhi and Anji, there parents had no objection to their children spending sometime together to decide. Even DB agreed to this, as girls will be under the watchful eyes of BB and Nandini, whom she respects a lot.

Next day at breakfast,

'Nidhi and Anji! today I will take you both to our stand-out restaurant. You can see the entire line of how food is being prepared, packed and served.. '

'Baba! I think you have that oldage home inauguration today. Why not me and Armaan take them to somewhere else?'

'Oh Ashutosh! it is in the evening. I can show these girls in the morning.. '

Ashutosh looked at Armaan helplessly.

Armaan: Nidhi dont you have to pick up fabric for your next project?

'hmmm.. mm'

BB: 'Today is Sunday Armaan.. it is a weekly off for Kapde Bazaar'

Ashutosh wondered why there is never a holiday for a food bazar...why people have to eat three times a day and keep take away food centres busy on Sundays??... dont they have love affairs or marriage proposals in their lives???

Half an hour later, all four of them reached to Baba's restaurant along with BB.

Nidhi: It is fascinating to see every step being followed in a method meticulously.

BB: I take care of the kitchen monitoring... but Ashutosh developed this business model...

Nidhi and Anji were impressed so much that Ashutosh thought about every single detail about the easy maintenance of cleanliness..

'I wish I was so much organised like you Ashutosh'

'Nidhi! I can help you.. it will be a pleasure ..'.. Ashutosh was more than eager to help.

'Banda hamesha haazir hai... apke seva mein'... Armaan murmured...

'Nidhi! do you wish to look into our recipes?'

Clearly BB seemed very fond of Nidhi.. He never disclosed his recipes to anybody... He kept them secret only to be revealed to Ashutosh.

'Aunty! Shall I try Mysore bonda that I have learnt at our restaurant?'

'OK.. make for everybody..'

Ashutosh: I think the dough is a bit runny.. let us do it together...

Ashutosh helped her in making bondas and they both worked in perfect sync.

Ashutosh: Your finishing touch and presentation are excellent Nidhi!

BB was too happy to see his dream of seeing Ashutosh in the kitchen being fulfilled... Nandini was very much satisfied to see the synchronization between Ashutosh and Nidhi...and satisfied that Nidhi will never have a tough time in the kitchen with her son trotting around...

Later that evening, Ashutosh wanted to take Nidhi to the Gomti river bank in the car, while Armaan and Anji prefered a bike ride to Armaan's Friend's birthday at a disco.

Ashutosh and Nidhi sat in silence for a long time watching the water gently meandering with soft breeze carrying fragrances of evening blooms.
Both of them wanted to say something but found they knew everything before... After a long while,

'Ashutosh! this so beautiful and serene .. one can sit here forever watching the birds reaching back their nests'.. Nidhi said watching the perfect 'V' formation of birds flying in the sky.

'Peace lies in knowing that you would reach back to your nest'

'You have never thought of reaching back home in India? You are working away from home'

'My home is where my heart lies Nidhi!'

'How it will workout if you work in states and my work is here!'

'Nidhi! I know your aspirations... I have my full support to you..why dont you take some professional courses in US and come back and set up? we can plan together'

the answering radiant smile of Nidhi prompted Ashutosh to get up and walk up to the car...

He picked up a bunch of redroses gave them to the liquified and molten Nidhi...He took out the violin and played ..'the Sound of an Angel..'

'and Ashutosh...'

'yes Nidhi...'

'I dreamed about love marriage... is it possible the courtship, the dates and romantic outings before marriage?'

'I cant ask for more... But Nidhi... I am here only for nine more days.. can we rearrange the order? first marriage and then courtship?'

'How?'

'Love marriage is in our hands... our rishta is approved by our parents... is there anything impossible?'

Nidhi hugged Ashutosh to show her fullest approval... Ashutosh experienced the true serenity of that place...

Armaan and Anji sat on the terrace for a while...

'Anji! dont you like the excellent coordination among those birds forming a 'V' while flying?'

'They seem to communicate without a proper communication... knowing the interests of each other'

'Come.. I will show you my interests'

' You are excellent with guitar Armaan'

'Today I played new tunes for you alone and you are a rocking dancer'

'I matched your steps '

'Will you be on myside always?' Armaan picked up a redrose from the vase on the table and gave Anji.

'I will be always inside your step Armaan'

Next day at home,

BB: Nandini! your gobi ka paratha is superb.. I think I will introduce this to our clients...

Nandini: Nidhi balanced the taste by adding pinch of ajwaiin in the seasoning... it will help in reducing the acid formation.. all thanks to Nidhi!

Nice update ..but should it have ended so soon? So North indian dishes are also being appreciated..ajwain in parantha? tastes nice...

So Baba disclosed his secret recipies to Nidhi.

Liked that Ashni made perfect Mysore Bonda.😊

Good to know that Nidhi agreed to go to US with Ashu.

First Marriage and then courtship...good idea Ashu.
