Base Point Of The Episode: Naitik gives job to Mr.Shah and Akshara becomes a teacher!

Episode starts with Akshara who is in class trying to find some solution as the kids who are also class mates of duggu along with duggu and yash are making noice and their demand is to no study as they feel bored and they are bored with they way she is making them study. Akshara when sees no path decides to stay back and surrender but she decides to continue with kids as if she will go, then duggu and yash's friends will think bad of her. She tries to handle the kids who are making noise. One girl shouts as all were making noise and this makes akshara worried and she asks the girl to which the girl replies that she did it to make all silent. Akshara is numb. She tells kids that they will play a game and organizes a game there which attracts kids. It is the same very old game where teams are made, kids are chosen randomly to observe things and to give answers and they had fun. The teachers observes this. Akshara thanks them for her lifetime experience.

Here Mr.Shah asks his wife to make something for Naitik as he is coming and she happily decides to make some Marwari food which she learnt by akshara. Naitik comes there and gives a gift to Mr.shah. Meanwhile, he asks him to open the gift. They have some jokes session. Mr.shah sees a appointment letter in which it is stated that he is made the manager for surat area in Naitik Singhania's company. He refuses to take it but Naitik insists stating that he is like a brother to him, so it's a gift from younger to elder brother. Mr.Shah and family gets emotional and he hugs Naitik. They thanks Naitik. Naitik says that he is a businessman and makes Diamonds and he knows his profit, he chose Mr.Shah because he has the capability to work, the passion to work and is a local agent. This will profit him as well. On being impressed with Mr. Shah's honesty and dedication, Naitik appoints him as the manager of his company at surat branch.

Naman becomes worried as Karishma leaves Jasmeet's paternal house, and creates a scene in his office.They starts arguing in the office, which makes the atmosphere look bad. Karishma is nt even ready to listen to anyone and is behaving like an idiot.🤢*how immature!* 😕Naman is fed up with her idiotic nature. Akshara makes Karishma realise her mistake by giving her a diamond of 45 lakhs to keep it with her and go outside. Akshara starts her speech*yawns* 🥱that like you were worried for a diamond, same way Jasmeet;s parents are worried for you, they only cae for a girl, though you're aren't their daughter but you are their responsibility. *true!* Karishma finally gets someting in to her head & leaves to the house with her luggage. Naman asks akshara that why she taken so much of risk of 45 lakh for this silly reason of making karishma understand? Akshara happily tells him that the diamond was fake. Akshara then calls Jasmeet's parents and tells them that she will send karishma to home again but only a request that not to do angry over karishma as she might feel bad and they agree. [I disagree with this thought of Akshara! why can;t she see that Karishma is a adamant & immature idiotic person who is full of herself]

Naitik misses his family and decides to meet them. He plans for the surprise. Mrs.Shah asks him to call akshara here but he tells that that is not possible due to work.

Akshara talsk to Naitik and he tells her that he is trying to give her a surprise and make her more happy. She is excited.

Rukmini quarrels with the Maheshwari family as her saree which is turned in to lehga now is defected piece and she thinks that it is done by jasmeet. Jasmeet tells her that her saree was already defected but she made use of it as rukmini anuty had so much concern for the saree. Maheswari family defends jasmeet and tells that she is right. Singhania ladies comes there to congratulate jasmeet. Devyani starts her lecture that why jasmeet worked on it when it was already defected. Jasmeet again repeated her self. Rukimini starts taunting and starts fighting and at last, when all were stating their views, Sunaina defends Jasmeet as she is correct stating that they will pay for this saree as they don't care for money but just her daughter in law tried to make use of a defected useless piece(yes!). Rukmini is angry much more. Akshara is shocked to see this. She came with a bouquet for Jasmeet. Episode ends here.

PRECAP - Naitik comes to garba garden. All starts staring at him and he asks Heeral bhabhi whether something is wrong. Heeral asks those people about same and defends Naitik.

My Thoughts: Except the Naitik-Akshara conversation, the episode was not enjoyable. Too much of Karishma, Rukmini and Naman problems.
