Written Update
Hello πŸ˜ƒ

Here Is The Written Update For 23rd September 2 0 1 4 Saath Nibhana Saathiya Episode. πŸ˜ƒ

The show starts off with Gopi telling all, that is, the exchange of cats and Savitha is telling the truth.

In the meanwhile Paridhi gets hold of the right Lilly cat and while Savitha, who had just entered the Modi Hall, is arguing and trying to put down Kokila with her double edged words. Savitha calls Modi family liars.

Paridhi conveniently exchanges the cats while Savitha is talking to the Ladies and Kokila in particular.

Kokila is about to apologize to Savitha ; Paridhi stops her from doing so. Says that the cat is indeed Lilly, the one Savitha bought.

Paridhi turns tables on Gopi, accuses Gopi telling lies because Gopi is jealous πŸ˜† πŸ˜† of her, Paridhi I mean. πŸ˜† πŸ˜† Kokila says her daughter in law Gopi is not a liar, she has full trust and confidence in Gopi's say.

When the man who sold the cat to Savitha tells that the cat is indeed the one bought by Savitha that is Lilly, Gopi's face falls. Somehow Kokila looked upset, Gopi is stopped from speaking.

At the Shah Home ; the neighbourhood ladies want to celebrate the festival of "Garbha " . They say they understand Urmilaa's grief of losing Raashi. Urmilaa has denied permission.

Dhawal and Kinjal give them an assurance to find a way out. Later Kinjal tells Dhawal they would have to handle Urmilaa carefully and get the work / Permission done in a smart way.

Children are sad that during this festival season "Garba is not being celebrated. Gopi sees this and is in a pensive mood.

Paridhi asks Gopi as to what the festival means, Gopi tells her that it is enough that Paridhi created lot of drama, Gopi says she is tired of Paridhi and her manipulated dramas.

In the hall later, Paridhi, with not a care in the world, dances, Hetal says there is something in Paridhi, Kokila that is the reason why she wants Jigar to marry Paridhi and be happy.

Hereabouts some ladies come in search of Raashi as she had not come to pick up the item, used for "Garbha ". Kokila says this time around festival would not be celebrated and they can take back the item.

Meethi informs the ladies of Raashi's tragic death.

Jigar is watching a video on his lap top. Raashi is dancing. Paridhi as usual disturbs him and says Raashi is good dancer but she, Paridhi, could dance better. Says she wants Jigar for herself.

Jigar says that this could never happen as he loves Raashi and will do so forever.

Preview :- The children wanting to whether the festival "Navarathri / Garba " will take place. Kokila explains that this time around the festivities would not take place.

Just then Gopi is holding in her hands something made out of clay or earthen material. I am not familiar with this thing or the type of festival. Gopi says definitely the festival would be celebrated.

Navarathri means Nine Nights, Usually Durga Goddess is worshipped but in different ways and manner in different parts of India. In one part down south it is celebrated grandly as Dasara, ten days and nine nights.

The show was kind of different, emotional, unlike the usual Paridhi drama. There was a clash of truth and untruths. How well Gopi will handle the situation and put Paridhi in place is to be seen. Up to the scriptwriter to bring out his best. However Lilly Don't Be Silly was indeed not to my liking.πŸ˜† πŸ˜†

Dhawal, Kinjal Urmilaa face off is interesting. My personal thought.

It's a clay pot (Garbo it represents the womb) that is installed on first day of Navratri, its placed in the middle with different goddesses photos or durga murti where you play garba around it. It stays there till the 9/8 night. I think seedlings are sown before it's installed and then you do a puja with it on the last night of Navratri. CV's really should have shown a leap of a year since when someone close dies Gujarati people don't tend to celebrate the festivals for a while or avoid the big festivals like Diwali for a year. Pari celebrating Janmashtami when hardly 10 days had gone was also wrong as there is a certain number of days for mourning before you can go back to activities associated with the temple and perhaps baa didn't make pari understand why it couldn't be celebrated. I don't know if Gujarati's in India are more relaxed in rituals or we in the UK take the rituals more seriously.
