hi all🤗
I just want to start this topic that what do we actually expect from a leader????😍
Noww that i am th sports Captain of my skool i knoww the students and teachers hav high hopes on me!!😳My ambition or my aspire is to be in th leading front of Indian Administration!!😍
But actually what do we need frm our leaders???🤔
For instance if we take Prime Minister,wat actually we expect from him?????🤔or what do we want our leaders f Country to do??🤔
Is it th leaders responsibility to b alwayzz available to his lowers????or shall he be too approchable and friendly???
What kind f leader do we insist??😳

If anyone want to be a Leader..esply in india.....Learn Acting first......Then Learn how do fraud things.....Talk with everyone..........Keep smile in angry situation also...If anyone fall ...Use the oppertunity....And make him fun.....ask donations and other things...keep always 2,3 people with you....and more n more you have to learn. 😃

yes agree with u!!!!but it isnt necessary that all leaders need b like tis!!!!!
i agree with u on tis point tat a leader shall never loose hope n he must smile even wen teres a bad happening going on😊but wen sum1 else falls!!!i dont get tat!!!!But tats wat happens today in India though!!!
Wen sum1 falls down th othr parties tke th most advantage of it!!!

Otherwise who make you a leader.........about fall , if a leader loose the leadership, so dont miss that opertunity......grab his chair, 😆...these are things happening in india..........If you want to be A gandhian model leader....very tuff to come leadership....A leader allways Right.....😆....Leader always think Public, is a donkey.....In 5 year just elect them....😊

i expect our leaders to be already well-fed. so that they dont have to think any more of feeding themselves at public expense. after all, a hungry man thinks first of his stomach, then only of others. 😛

lol. normally the politicians are Mr. 20%. but with the kind of politicians we have, i think we'd be doing well if public was Mr. 20%. Would make the public very rich😉😆

Its tough to define a Proper leader!!! A leader should maintain perfect balance of emotions and she should be more realistic than being more emotional!!

Example of a good leader is Indira Gandhi !!!

Example of strong leader is Netaji and Sardar Patel!!!

Example of Perfect leader is Mahatma Gandhi!! Even though he did'nt have any weapon crores of people followed him like children followed in the Pied Piper story.........................................

Guys, whenever there's a leadership topic, why do we always end up discussing the politicians?? You could be a leader in variety of other fields as well.

I feel main objective of all leaders should be to get people working together to reach a common goal, which, at times, is future oriented so might require some changes. Therefore, a good leader should be a person who can anticipate these changes and be able to manage them successfully to achieve the common goal.

Leadership should find good qualified people, clearly define expectations, assign the tasks, monitor the performance, and provide proper feedback intermittently and upon completion of the project.

I feel that the above mentioned goal and means to achieve that goal work for leaders from all walks of life leading in any capacity....school captain, corporate CEO, or a country's PM 😊

Okay....time to admit...all this is not my brainwave...heard Mayor White's speech today...he said something to this effect during the luncheon😆 so, if you don't agree with me...please email Mayor White 😛 😆 😆
