Part 9:

Everyone was happy and active as the wedding was fast approaching. The Wedding date has been fixed as 24th September 2014 to which hardly 10 days were left. So everyone was working hard to make this event memorable in the life of Yudhistir and Devika. Yagya and Subhi were helping in the decorations and selections of clothes and jewelries. Yagya was unable to walk for quite sometime as the wound was quite deep but Arjun took care of everything. Unknowingly, they were beginning to realize their forbidden and hidden love which was hidden behind the layers of responsibility and Dharm, though they were still reluctant to accept it. They were doing the decorations after coming from college, everyday. During this preparatory days of marriage, Yagya, Subhi and Arjun became best friends. Yagya got many other friends as she was the best in everything. She was the class topper, a good singer, dancer and actor so many people were interested in being friends with her. Two of them were Uloopi and Chitra, Yagya's co-sisters in her previous life. Though she had never met them in the previous life she had heard of them from her Aryaputra Arjun.

FLASHBACK:

After coming back from exile, Arjun was relating his travelogues to his dear wife, Yagyaseni as they were his years with her. Arjun knew that she had accepted his other wives and as she was his best friend he wanted to relate each and every incident to her. Arjun said,

" Never did I see a girl who had a wonderful combo of courage, beauty and intelligence after you, Pran Priye. She is Uloopi, a nag-kanya. She told me that she loved me but sadly I am unable to return that love. Maybe that love will be reciprocated as the time passes. And not to forget the beautiful and skillful princess of Manipur with whom I stayed for 3 years. In those three years I got a really blissful moment of being a father, father of Babruvahana."

FLASHBACK ENDS

Whenever she saw them she felt that they are somehwere related but they are unaware of that relation.During this time, she got many proposals, but she rejected all of them for a reason which she herself didn't know.

Evening of Mehendi,

Everyone was super excited about it as it is the very first Mehendi of marriage, in Pandu's Family. Madhav aka Govind aka Kanha was completely busy in the preparations as we know that no one is a better decision maker than him. Yagya and Subhi got their clothes to college to get changed in Arjun's house as they were now best friends. Yagya was monitoring if all the decorations were in place or not.Suddenly a garland fell down from the decorations and Yagya noticed it. She looked for someone but no one was there to fix it. As the function was about to start in a few minutes, so she decided to fix it herself. She took a nearby stool and stood upon it and started correcting the decoration but even her good height was not helping her to reach it so she had to stand on her toes. While adjusting she suddenly felt pain in leg as if was hurt before, and lost her balance. She thought that she will break her back if fell down and expecting a deep pain but even after the passage of time nothing happened, in fact she felt she was in air. She opened her eyes which were closed to see herself in Arjun's arms. Arjun was already lost in her beauty and now he was losing himself in her deep-pool like eyes which were trying to open up her hidden feelings for him. Kanha appeared in the scene and gave a divine smile that the time of their re-unison is coming near and their souls know this. But in the re-unison many hearts will be broken and many truths will be exposed which will make that moment very soulful. Kanha cleared his throat which made both of them come out of their trance. Arjun kept her down on the floor very gently and left her too slowly as he wanted to be near her for more time. Yagya was blushing at his acts. Kanha said in a naughty and innocent voice,

" Yahan kya horaha tha Paarth aur sakhi?"( What's happening here Paarth and Sakhi?"

" wo...woh kuch nahi Madhav. Yagya neeche gir rahi thi to maine usse pakda hai." Paarth said while blushing slightly.(Noth..Nothing Madhav! Yagya was falling down so I caught her)

"Achcha to Yagya gir rahi thi. Main to soch raha tha ki tumhara dil kahin gir na gaye. Yagya, agar yeh hua tho Paarth ho dundh ke de dena!' Kanha said in a teasing voice.( Oh so Yagya was falling down. I was thinking that your heart was falling off its place. Yagya, just in case it happens make sure that you find it and give it back to Arjun)

" Aap bhi na Govind!!! Ye Keval paristithi me karna padha!" she said while blushing.( Oh God, Govind!! The situation asked for it)

" Madhav, aap iss baat ke liye mujhe aur Yagya ko chida rahe hain!! Najane aap ko kitne proposals aye aur apne kitne ladkiyon ko gira aya hai aur aapki raasleela se koi anabhigya nahi hai!!" Arjun said to lighten up the mood and to tease Kanha back.( You are teasing me and Yagya about this, Madhav? God knows how many proposals you got and how many girls fell for you as everyone knows about your raasleela)

" Koi over-protective ban raha hain!!" said Kanha with the same voice.( Someone is getting over protective)

" Over-protective nahi Madhav aap over tease kar rahe hain!!"( Not overprotective, Madhav you are teasing too much!!)

Everyone had a good laugh on this matter and they resumed back to their work though Arjun's and Yagya's mind couldn't forget the feelings which were expressed in each other's eyes.

Par kuch bhi kaho I loved the part where Paarth answers to Govind, aap ko naa jane kitne proposals aaye hai. So true.
