Helpless Koena can't wait to be by dad's side

Koena Mitra has not been able to visit her ailing dad because of her shooting commitments. Koena's father, Vishwanath Mitra, has been admitted to a hospital with a serious kidney ailment but she is unable to go and spend time with him. Koena says, "I first got to know about his ill health from my sister when I was shooting outdoors. After coming back from my shoot, the first thing I did was to go and see him. I stayed with him for a few days, but after I came back to Mumbai for the dubbing of my film, Anamika, his health deteriorated further. We learnt that he had a serious kidney problem. He was made to undergo biopsy and admitted to Life Care in Kolkata. I know how much my dad hates hospitals. You know he even called me from the hospital without the knowledge of my mother and sister to convince them to take him back home. I feel very helpless right now."

"I am currently dubbing for Anamika. I am already committed to perform for two shows following which I will be getting some free time to be next to my father. It will hopefully happen by the end of this week." says the Bong beauty. Are her producers forcing her not to go in between? "I believe in commitment to my work. They will incur losses if I go mid-way. Anamika will be almost completed following the dubbing work. It would get unnecessarily delayed even if I waste a single day. No one is forcing me to do anything. They are infact being very understanding," she feels.

i suppose that this is a big negative of being the industry!!!!!
