I'm guessing @deepikapadukone won't ever attend another Filmfare awards function, or agree to be interviewed by Bombay Times again. Right?

Love it when some critics aren't acting like blind fools

I will stand by Deepika too if she boycotts Filmfare, Bombay Times, Zoom and all who are associated or part of Times Of India.

Not attend Filmfare? That's a bit too much. I don't think that should be expected of her. She took a stand and called them out. if they acted maturely, apologized and promise not to do it to her or any other actress again--then end of discussion. But than they made some sleeazy comment about complimenting her and then the whole up-roar. I think it's a fair backlash on them from the whole industry. Don't know why she has to ban every single one of those magazines, award shows, or news outlet. The point is to have responsible journalism that respects ALL women...I don't think a 1-person boycott serves any purpose. Just my take.

She took a stand for what she felt was right and that was a correct thing to do... But that Does not mean she has to go to this extreme lengths of boycotting events and all...

No matter what, she knows that as much as these publications need her, she also needs them... She is not Salman or Aamir (atleast not as of now) to boycott such biggies and still survive... and afterall its Dippy, she likes to be in good books of everyone...

And you think that wasn't done on purpose? Okay if for instance DP who thrashed TOI for that tweet goes and does interview for same publications, would you still hold same perception here?
