Well he is not going to alienate his kids from their grandparents and cousins around the same age.

Divorce is always tricky with kids. Want to bring some normality. Should not break off ties like that...

Bet if he did the Khans would be the first to go to family court for custody. They have a good case.

Single father whom is a busy actor. Not enough time for taking proper care of the children.
