Basically he said "The thing which my heart is scared of, why does it keep coming back to scare me."

He is basically scared that Sanam will leave him after contract marriage period is ended after property transfer.

Yesss. I loved his lines today. He saw the transfer property papers and knew that after the entire property is transferred to his name by his wife Sanam won't stay with him . He was scared . How sweet.He actually tore those papers and went on to play house house with his wifey. 😳
