Ok people dont get confused with the title
I guess sanjana is there only to confuse ' Ishita'
She is intentionally running from raman and toshi so that ishita could see her and later question her
Now ishita feels she knows truth and questions raman, whom in frustration tells her rudely to stay away
Now ishita maiya seeks help of pervy (parmeet)/ who challenged ishita today that you will come to me
So after many misunderstandings it will get revealed that shagun- mihir are siblings.
