I can actually write a whole page on how carelessly beautiful both Niti and Parth were looking tonight!!
What with Nandu's wild strands all over her face and Maanik's tousled hair, their glowing faces in front of the fire... *sigh*.
Moving over to their physical appearance. Episode starts with Maanik still on shouting mode, saying that it wasn't his fault that they were locked in this room. He hits his hand on one of those iron stands which starts bleeding.
I'm glad that Nandini, despite being slightly scared and confused didn't go into an 'I'm sorry' mode.
The unspoken concern that these two share comes to light once again when Nandini, without saying a word, tears a piece of cloth which was covering a harmonium and hands it over to Maanik. The angry young man throws it away (of course). But the adamant little girl picks it up and takes it on herself to cover his wound. 😳
Despite initial silent protests, Maanik gives in eventually and let her bandage his wound. Nandini leaves him alone to sit in a chair and shed tears.
Maanik's turn to show the same concern towards his li'll Nandu. Tears a part of that same piece of cloth and places it in front of her. Not a single line spoken throughout- only gasps of pain and sobs.
He breaks the silence and asks her to 'wipe it.' ❤️
Navya, for a change, shows some presence of brain and character. When she gets a call from Nandini's chachi. She lies about rehearsals and goes to Harshad for help to find Nandini. Harshad calls Aalya and they all leave together.
The power supply goes off in the storeroom. Maanik becomes restless in the dark, asks, sorry, commands 'Nandini' to 'say something'. Nandini starts talking about fireflies (her face resembling the glow), goes on and on but stops abruptly seeing the look on Maanik's kharoos face. 😆
She says 'sorry...kuch zyaada bol dia na'. MY GOD NANDINI! HOW on earth do you manage to look SO BLOODY ADORABLE!! I'm still amazed by Maanik's self-restraint. He STILL haven't succumbed to the temptation of eating her alive! 🤣
He eventually confesses to Nandini that he 'hates the darkness', that it kills him. He relates it to that fateful night which changed Dhruv forever.
Nandini once again, silently helps him out with this as well. She lights fire in the room by burning files inside an aluminium bucket.
Maanik toh 'Thank you' bolne se raha. 😆 At times I wonder, WHAT exactly are the CV's planning to do with his character to make him look deserving for the sweetie-pie that's Nandini. 😕
Nandini looks up at him and smiles, once again her face looking like a lit Christmas tree. He asks her why is she smiling? (er...isn't that what you've wanted for all these days, dude?). She replies that she thinks this vulnerable Maanik is 'cute'. Bless you girl!
Just when she says this, she encounters a rat and goes bonkers! 🤣
She runs around the whole room, screaming when finally the coconut tree Maanik perches her on top of one of those file stands. 😆
Harshad, Navya and Aalya search the whole college for MaNan.
Nandu tries getting down without success. Maanik comes and offers his hands to get her down which she willingly takes.
Ishq bulaawa, jaane kab aawe plays in the BG.
He gets her down...a MaNan eyelock ensues.
The search party unlock the storeroom door and finds them. Shocked and then embarrassed, MaNan eventually let go of each other and go their respective ways but NOT before, Nandini turning around to give him a look of...gratitude? I'm unsure. And Maanik giving another sexy look in Nandini's direction while going out whereas Aalya was after him with her signature gritted teeth.
Everyone go their ways. Harshad announces to himself (and us) 'Let the fun begin'. 😉 ⭐️
Precap- Aalya doing whats expected of her, pointing a finger at Maanik's character. Navya wondering whether Maanik set this up, Nandu darling contradicts her and instead defends Maanik and says that may be she has started understanding Maanik somewhat.
Dhruv AGAIN confuses me by teasing Maanik on spending 8 hours with her. Or may be he's using Maanik's tactic against him. Don't know which. 😕
