Sanjay was someone Prachi got fake engaged to so Neev would hate her. He's someone Inder helped a lot in the past..

yea He is the guy who agreed to do a fake marriage to Prachi so that Prachi could tell Neev that she never loved Neev...And sanjay helped her cause Inder helped this guy a lot in the past...
