Aamir and Hrithik stand at no3 and no 4 respectively and even though some might disagree this I think have a lot to do with the quantity of their movies.

Unlike SRK/Salman these do not have movies every year so they keep falling in popularity etc. So, if they were as active as the other two Khans do you think they would've been able to truly challenge their position?

Hrithik is younger.

Also he hasn't marketed himself like Amir. Going to the extent of making a national tv talk show.

they have a life other than movies and it's good to make a balance and do It in limits

getting over exposed like srk is not good. He has been doing movies consistently and almost every one goes to see it but 60% of those also curse him for torturing them with the poor quality I have seen people abusing him after coming out of the cinemas seeing Ra-One, JTHJ and CE

Amir and HR have more respect. Most of the times people are happy coming out of their cinemas watching their movies baring a krish or dhoom 3 etc and that makes them more credible

Lol isn't Dhoom 3 one of the highest grossing films.

So it was Katrinas doing.

Aamirs movies do well but hes boring and not so good looking and lacks charm hence dont have a loyall phannbase..but people do see his movies, but were he todo more people would not be awaiting his movies and he decline IMO..plus his dhoobii ghast and taalash didnt do well t BO!!

Dhoom3 was a brand and put any other khan it do well and maybe even better

But ye he has ghanghi and 3i was on xmas and good directors..put nonsense director it wont work..

You said most people are happy after seeing Amir, Hrithik movies barring Krish 3 and Dhoom 3.

Why would people be unhappy with Amirs Dhoom 3 if it was one of the highest grossing films.

Either

1. It was because of Katrina that they liked the film

2. They hyped and marketed the film was so well with promos. That people bought tickets expecting something grand and couldn't ask for a refund after.
