Who will save dilshad?

Dilshad finally woke up from coma. Can't speak, walk or write properly. But she tried to convey to haya that tanveer is dangerous but haya couldn't understand properly as she know tanveer as only begum saiba. From precap it's clear that they are sending her away to hospital in shimla arranged by tanveer. Now who will save her? Saahil? Will they stop dilshad? Or can it be seher? Who will be coming back after conning Rehan meets dilshad accidently & saves her?

Lots of questions and confusions. Track is actually becoming interesting day by day. They shows lots of things in one episodes which related to each other. Good work.

I was gonna say Sahil, so they could be away from Tanveer and have their mini honeymoon, but I guess Sahil are going to be busy with some other event as mentioned above.
