I can understand what you are trying to say but ultimately Prem loves Simar and only Simar no matter how angry he is right now and Surbhi knows the fact deep down in her heart that prem will never be able to forget Simal specially now when he knows that she is alive. And most importantly if she would move on soon or later she would not break a family and a marriage. Still all these are only my speculation and in serial world anything can happen, so who knows😊
