In Qubool Hai, viewers saw Sanam taking
care of an ailing Aahil. Even in his poor
health, Aahil throws his anger on Sanam
and denies to eat his dinner. When
Sanam pleads further, he throws away the
food in his fit of anger. However, his rage
could not discourage Sanam and she
developed a more calm attitude. The
more he threw his fit, the more patient
she became. Finally, with her love and
care, she melted the ice within Aahil as
she fed him against his will but with all
her heart. Even Aahil gets surprised
seeing her relentless efforts to feed him
inspite of his denial. A simple scene yet
shot beautifully. Both Karanvir Bohra and
Surbhi Jyoti's expressions perfectly
portrayed the hidden passion of the
characters in the show.
