"Sanyuuukkktaaa" randhir roared and banged the glass on the floor.. Sanyukta wasn't prepared for this.. she knew that Randhir will be unable to face the blow once he get to know about her marriage consequences and that is the reason that she left for home without even meeting him.. the whole way upto her home she thought about randhir.. the time they spent together.. even now when sameer was adorning her fingers she couldn't help but smile coz she could only visualise Randhir standing in front of her fondling her ring finger..
They all turned back with a jolt.. it was Randhir, standing a few meter away from sanyukta.. she could understand that he cried for long. She could trace blood stains on his shirt and she got nervous.. sanyukta ran to him and hold his right hand into hers.. "what the hell is this randhir? What have you done to urself? Now come on, come in and let me check what happened to ur hand.." she did sounded so normal that randhir got awestruck for some minutes and then he jolted his hand.. "mujhe answer chahiye sanyukta, answer.. kyon chali ayi tum and that too without informing your MCP!! Kyon?" sanyukta could sense that he was drunk and wanted him to take rest.. she was very worried about randhir.. sanyukta in mind pata nahin isne apne aapke saath kya kiya hoga? Pata nahin subha se kuch khaya hoga v ke nahin!! Kya karoon aisa ki yeh thora sa normal ho jaye!!!' "Sanyukta answer me.. jawab do mujhe..." randhir roared again and slipped on the ground.. he was in tears and sanyukta could handle everything but a shattered randhir.. she stooped low and cupped his face.. "pehle tum baitho,, paani piyo, then we talk.. please randhir aur ek shabd nahin.. come on.." she took him to the dining area and make him seat on a chair.. her parents, brother and sameer stood there.. they were so shocked that they couldn't utter a single word.
Sanyukta give him a glassful of water and kept the glass near his lips in one hand and kept his nape with another one.. randhir looked at her and sipped the water.. only then, sanyukta's father regain his senses back... "yeh chal kya raha hain?? Hain kaun ye" he yelled.. "papa main..."sanyukta tried to explain.. "nahin sanyukta.. let me talk.. aj tak maine kuchh nahin kaha jo ki mujhe bohot pehle kehna chahiye tha..."randhir interfered.. "sanyu,, tum apne room mein jao"ankit ordered her.. "parr bhai main wo..." her father interfered this time, "suna nahin ankit ne kya kaha? APNE ROOM MEIN JAO" he roared.. sanyukta glanced randhir once.. "do u trust me sanyu?" randhir's eyes asked... n she blinked her lashes n left for her room...
Sameer could get enough power to speak now.. "tum wo mechanic ho na?? yeh sala ho kya raha hain? Sanyukta ek mechanic ke saath kya kar rahi hain?" he was confused.. the other persons attending the party was confused too and out of that confusion anju- sanyuta's mom spoke out.. "mujhe pata hain yeh kaun hain. He's randhir the topper of FITE. Sanyu ne mujhe bataya tha, yeh padhai me bohot achcha hain and bohot care karta hain sanyu ke liye.. beta tum ye kya haal bana rakkha hai apne aap ka?" she informed everyone and at the same time was worried for randhir..
"topper of FITE? Nahin nahin.. yeh ek mechanic hain" Sameer tried to explain and randhir got irritated with the consequences over again.. the drink took over his senses.. but he regained his senses back and he folded down the sleeves of his shirt.. checked his hair and buttoned his shirt properly and started talking..
"I'm sorry that I came like this.. I so wanted to tell her this for several times but failed to do so, u know uncle ur daughter is the most beautiful and talented girl in the world. I was a fool that I failed to recognize her years back. But trust me once I got to know my feelings, I came running to her.. but her elegance and persona kept me numb.. uncle I wanna make it short and simple.. Sanyukta is mine and I love her to the fullest, n I'm sure that she loves me too.. I know this time I'm drunk but trust me this is the actual fact that I may not be able to speak up when I'm in my proper senses. Please uncle cancel this marriage.." he pleaded.. "yeh sala pagal to nahin hain na.." sameer roared and sanyukta's dad put his right hand up that stopped him in between his lines.. "u'r drunk and u want me to believe u? Moreover u'r still studying, how come I get so sure about ur future, u know the market risks.. Recession is knocking our doors and how can I imagine that u'll get a job and can take care of my daughter properly?" he enquired..
"because he is the star student of FITE and one of the sailor of my Dream Team along with your daughter.." someone came from behind and stood beside randhir.. randhir looked up to find Vardhan sir beside him who just kept his right hand on his shoulder.. "I had to come. I never believed into this but I had to come for my two brightest students - randhir and sanyukta.. see mr. agarwal she's ur daughter and u have the final right to take decisions about her. But when u'r taking decision for her life,, u should try to find out about her wish as well.." sir added.. "parr fir v, agar is ladke ko job na mile, to meri beti suffer karegi na? aur agar job milta v hain to pata nahin yeh established kaab tak ho payega.." mr. agarwal was worried..
"aur agar main kahu that he's the future owner of the sanyal group of companies toh?" randhir looked up only to find his mom standing near the door.. Vardhan pressed his shoulder and hissed.. "mujhe laga tha aisa kuch hone wala hain to maine unhe bula liya tha.." "parr sir.." randhir tried to speak up but Vardhan asked him to stay silent.. "kabhi kabhi life mein apne liye kuch steps lena padhta hain randhir and u'r taking it for your life- ur Sanyukta" he smiled.
Eventually Mr. Agarwal gave in before one of the biggest business tycoon of the country and agreed in the marriage. He cancelled the engagement with Sameer and asked him to leave his house with his parents.. They decided to continue with sanyukta and randhir's engagement and fixed a date..

Randhir looked up and kissed the top of her head.. "nothing sweetheart. It's just that ur papa could understand our connection - dil se dil taak'.." he smiled and engulfed his life into a hug.. now it feels complete...
