Can seher be educated?

I know she is a theif & lives her life from robbed money. But if you notice her English is so good & her pronunciation is apt. A girl living in Mumbai streets or slums how can be so good & perfect in English! Also seher has good knowledge in electronics. We know seher has inherited zoya's talent but still with out any guidance how can she be so perfect & professional in electronics? May be seher might have been educated. Atleast she must have had basic education. May be she is not what we all think. Something else will be there in seher's story. Waiting to know her past. Hope cvs comes with a logic story line.
