Promo 4: Bonding over business
A tender notice comes in the newspaper 4m Scindia Corporations 4m owners Yash n Aarti Scindia. Some companies applies for d tender including Asad Ahmed Khan of Dilshad Constructions n Zoya Farooqui of Farooqui Constructions.
The 8 bidders meets at Sciandia Corporation for a meeting wid Yash n Aarti. Asad n Zoya r surprised to see each other. They sits next to each other. Zoya is wearing a short formal wear n is d only women among d bidders. 2 bidders were not liking a woman among them.
"Luks like someone has forgotten d way of her kitchen," said one of d bidders wid a laugh.
"May be she has forgotten d way of cooking class n accidentally came in Scindia Corporations," said d another bidder wid a laugh.
Zoya felt uncomfortable. Asad got enraged wid those 2 men for insulting Zoya. Even d other 6 bidders as well as Yah n Aarti were not liking them.
"Guys, v hv come for meeting not for insulting anyone," said Asad.
"Why r u supporting a woman?" asked d 1st bidder.
"These women just wants publicly by trying to be like men," said d another bidder.
"U both sud learn to respect a woman. U both r highly educated businessmen but r still behaving like uncivilized people. For ur kind information, I am where I am just cuz of a woman who is my mother. So, u both better behave urselves," said Asad firmly.
Zoya smiled as Asad stood for her.
"By insulting Miss Zoya, u hv insulted my wife too. I can't understand people like u exist in dis world n come for business meetings. U both sud apologize to Miss Zoya," said Yash.
"Is dis d way u both talk wid d women in ur house?" asked Aarti.
"Women of our house only manage house," replied d 1st bidder.
"I think u both sud not participate in dis tender as I don't welcome people who disrespect women," said Yash.
Both of them got scared n apologized to Zoya n Aarti.
"Next time, before insulting a woman think abt d women of ur house," said Zoya.
After d meeting, Yash n Aarti stopped Asad n Zoya.
"Asad, v know each other. But how do u know Miss Zoya?" asked Yash.
"She is a family friend. Both our mothers were college friends. After studies, her mother shifted to New York. V both r now friends," replied Asad wid a smile.
"Now, v r planning to live here in Bhopal only," said Zoya.
"Dats very nice. Since v know each other, v sud be friends," said Aarti wid a smile.
Zoya smiled n shook hands wid Aarti n Yash.
"How long u guys got married?" asked Zoya, "U both luk very perfect for each other."
"V hv been married for 7 months n hv 3 kids." replied Aarti.
"Hv u adopted them?" asked Zoya lukn puzzled.
AarYa n Asad laughed.
"No," replied Aarti, "Dis is our remarriage. My 1st husband left me for other woman wen I was pregnant. Yash's 1st wife died in an accident. I had 5 year old Ansh while Yash had 5 year old Palak n 4 year old Payal. Initially, v married for our kids but later v fell in love."
Zoya smiled as she said dat.
"Hope u all remain always happy," said Zoya wid a smile.
After 2 days, d bidders came to Scindia Corporation for d opening of d tender. In d corridor, Asad n Zoya bumps into each other. Zoya trips n Asad catches her in his arms. Mitwa plays in d bg. Zoya was wearing a short sleeved blue churidar dress. Both were lost into each other. Yash n Aarti were seeing them n got confused as both were not standing. They lukd at each other n again at Asad n Zoya. They came near them.
"Hello Asad n Zoya," said Yash.
Asad n Zoya came out of their thoughts n got embarrassed.
"Wats going on?" asked Aarti.
"Nothing, v bumped into each. I then tripped n he caught me 4m falling," replied Zoya.
"Oh, we see," said Aarti wid a smile.
Scene shifts to d meeting, d tenders was being read out. Who vl be selected as d bidder- Asad, Zoya or one of d other 6 bidders?
A/N: Zoya wears Indian dress some of the days as she wears all kinds of clothes. In this story, she wears Indian dress to mazhar or dargah not like in the show where she wore jeans instead which looked very over the top. Zoya wears jeans to mazhar or dargah if she is on the way and she wants to go there. In the show, cvs have shown too much. What's the use of showing Zoya wearing jeans while praying just to show the dressing sense issues when she had no self-respect and was too much mahaan? Have you all ever seen Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Ekta Kapoor or anyone wearing jeans to Ajmer Sharif? I don't watch Dil Dosti Dance but there was a scene where Sharon goes to pray in a mandir. Sharon usually wears very short and stylish clothes to college, home or anywhere but she wore a full sleeved white churidar in the mandir and covered her head with her dupatta. So, there are lots of changes in this story😊.
