Ans 1) i met you in third, dementors were intro in bk3 my presence frightened the birds. Harry feared them(Harry n quidditch players flying) you don't want to meet me,( the students were wormed not to cross paths with them) coz i will cost you a fee.( dementers feed on fear and coz u unhappiness.)
