I think it takes place at another function. Not this wedding. Haya is in a different dress. Maybe the Valima or something.

Having checked again.. yes, it's the wedding day... So I do think Sanam ran out and Aahil ran after her. Both probably get injured.

Yes something must have happened and from that picture may be after rescuing Dilshaad. We have to wait.
