On the other hand, Taani was taking a shower in her bathroom. Her bathroom was outside by the beach. It was basically a small compartment built with four wooden walls and a big rectangular piece of green tin used as a door while a stack of hay covered the top. It was a pretty safe area. So Taani was taking her relaxing shower while talking to herself.
While Reyansh, whose parachute had a hole, was having a hard time controlling it. He was flying above Isla Mujeres. He starts to panic. Because of the wind, he finally completely lost control of the parachute. He look down and saw it that he is about to crash into a small compartment made of wood by the shore. "Ahhh..." cried Reyansh.
As he "landed" on the compartment, his feet went in but rest of his body got stuck. Reyansh suddenly stopped screaming and took breath of relief. Inside the compartment, which is Taani's bathroom, Taani turns around and sees two feet dangling of the roof. Her eyes got wide. Using her washing brush, she starting hitting the legs as she cried, "Help! Pervert! Help!"
On the other hand, Reyansh is so confusing as to what is happening, "What is this? What is this?" Reyansh panicked as he look around. Taani screams,"Help!" as she continues to hit his feet. Suddenly, because of Reyansh's continues wiggling to free his feet and Taani's hitting his feet, the wall feel apart and falls on the floor. Reyansh also lands on his feet. "Ahhh," cried Reyansh, once again. He looks up and sees Taani, who is all naked, with a washing brush in her hand. "What the hell, who are you! What do you want?" cried a frustrated Taani.
"What are you saying?" Reyansh said as he stood up equally angry. Shaking his head, Reyansh starts to unbuckle. "You speak English?" she asked astonished. Noticing that the shower faucet was still on, Taani turns it off. As Reyansh unbuckles, he looks around. "Hey, what is this place?" Reyansh asks arrogantly. Taani looks at him and says, "Mister, I should be asking you," Taani started politely, "You suddenly fell from the sky and crushed my bathroom." she said in anger. Reyansh looks on the ground at the damage then haughtily said, "Don't worry, I'll compensate you." Taani squinted her eyes and questioned, "Why are you like this? Did I want you to compensate me?"
Reyansh shakes his head in anger. Raising in question, he asked, "Then what do you want? I tell you, I don't have time right now," he told her. Taani look back at him, stun. "If you don't want to tell me what this place is, then forget it. I'll ask someone else," he said going away. Taani looked at him shocked. "Ay.. Ay.." Taani called as she walked behind and grabbed his arm. "Don't go," she said holding his arm. Reyansh instantly stop looking down at his arm. He forcefully freed his hand. "Aiya! What are you doing?" he questioned in irritation. "I'm not done talking to you," Taani said looking at him but Reyansh was looking straight ahead not looking at her. "Also..." Taani started but Reyansh interrupted.
Reyansh raised his hand questioning her, "Hey. I really don't get what you're angry about." Reyansh said looking at her with his hands on his waist, "I never said I wasn't going to compensate you," he continue while Taani remains astonish but then he look down at her and laughs as he looks away, "Or do you think I saw something I wasn't supposed to see," he added. He looks back at her and continue, "Then lemme tell you, I really didn't see anything," he said mockingly. "This isn't a problem about whether you saw something or not," Taani finally spoke unaffected by his comment. "This is about the principle," she added firmly. Reyansh looks at her with a mocking smile and as he gritted his teeth slightly and shake his head in disapproval. "You can't solve everything in the world with money, you know?" Taani told him.
"Ok ok ok... Whatever you say," Reyansh said sarcastically as he raised his hand mockingly in surrender and looks away. "But please! Can you put on some clothes first?" he said again as he looked away laughing. Taani looked down at herself and her mouth turns into a O. Leaving a bewildered Taani, a chuckling Reyansh walks away dropping "I'm leaving" over his shoulder. Taani instantly covered herself with her hand and started saying, "I..." but in fury runs away to grab some clothes for herself.
"What kinda place is this? Why no reception?" Reyansh grumbled as he walks around on the beach calling for help. He puts away his phone in irritation. He stands with his hands on his waist thinking of a situation to this problem. Suddenly, he notices a snake slithering on the shore of the beach. He starts to back away and stumbles over a fallen branch. "Hey! Don't leave!" Taani cried as she walked to him(in clothes). Reyansh looking at her points towards the snake. She questions whats wrong. "Snake! Snake!" Reyansh fumbles pointing at the snake and looking at Taani. "There's nothing scary about snakes," Taani said as-a-matter-of-fact and walks towards the snake.
"Hey.. hey," Reyansh called behind her. She goes and picks up the snake. "You can totally tell this is fake," Taani said smilingly while Reyansh looks away embarrassed. "You savage person," Reyansh said shaking his head recovering from embarrassment. Taani walks up to him in anger, "Hey! You suddenly fell from the sky while I was taking a shower and saw me naked. You're calling me a savage?" Taani demanded. "Forget it," Reyansh said brushing it away coolly. "I don't have time to screw around here with you," an arrogant Reyansh replied.
He pulls out his wallet from his back and hands her a lot of bucks. "Here! Treat it as your compensation." Reyansh said superciliously. Taani looked at his hand with money and then looked at him and cried, "You're really pissing me off!" Reyansh pulled back his and opened his mouth but she continued, "It would have been fine if you didn't take out your money, but now I've decided to go on and on with you." Reyansh gave her the eye look that says "Seriously?" and then he looks away haughtily waiting for her to finish. "You just crushed the bathroom that I spent the whole summer building by myself," Taani said pointing at the broken pieces of it on the ground. Then she added softly, "You just can't calculate our feelings for each other with money."
"Ha!" Reyansh said looking away, pointing at her he added, "Not enough?" Taani looks at him with open mouth as he brought out more cash from his wallet. "Fine, I will give it all to you, happy?"Reyansh said as he emptied his wallet and offered her the money. Taani furiously looked at him and continued, "Keeping me under control with money again! I've had enough!" Reyansh opened his mouth to say anything couldn't. "I really hate you tourists who fly around thinking you're all that. Ruining our environment! My crushed bathroom can be fixed. The coral reef broke the ocean got dirtied, can money solve that? Can it?" she asked. Reyansh was losing it. He yelled irritated, "Are you done? Just do you really want?!" he cried. "I really can't reason with him" Taani talked to herself out loud.
Suddenly Taani screamed, "Pervert! Somebody help me! There's a werido here!" "Hey! What are you saying?" he asked not understanding what she is saying as spoke in Spanish. Taani least bothered with his questions continued to scream, "There's a werido! Peeking at people taking a shower! Somebody help me!" "Hey" Reyansh yelled not understanding what's happening. "Helppp!!!" Taani continued to scream. Soon people gathered around carrying their own weapons like shovel, knifes, etc. calling Taani's name. Seeing people come, Reyansh freaked out. He backed out towards Taani.
"Don't come here! Go Away!" Reyansh warned. "This is a misunderstanding!" Reyansh cried. While others kept yelling "Pervert!" "Hurry and tell them. All I did was accidentally break your bathroom," cried Reyansh to Taani as the people closed up on them. "Tell them! I'll do anything! Anything," Reyansh begged, well almost begged. "Anything?" Taani asked. "Yes!" Reyansh cried. "Alright, you said it," Taani replied cheekily. "Apologize to my bathroom" Taani told him. Suddenly forgetting about those people, Reyansh exclaimed, "What?? Apologize to your bathroom?" pointing towards her bathroom.
"You crazy or what?" Reyansh laughed. Taani didn't. She just stared at him in all seriousness and then innocently said, "You don't wanna? Doesn't matter then." She turns towards the crowd and whispered as if telling a secret, "Everybody listen, this pervert. Not only did he peek at me showering, he even.. he even..." She starts fake crying. Everybody looked at her understanding her. Reyansh was shocked. He couldn't believe it. They all roar at him holding their weapons. "Ok ok ok. I'll apologize," Reyansh quickly said. All tears dried up, Taani looked at him with a smile and cheerfully said, "Then hurry up and apologize."
Fuming in anger but helpless, he made his into a fist and walked towards the bathroom. "Sorry," he spat out the word. "So insincere," Taani said. She again turns toward the crowd but Reyansh stops her from her shoulder. "Hey hey! Ok ok! Apology! Apology" he cried. Taani said cheerfully, "Hurry and Apologize." Shaking his head at his situation, he turned towards the broken pieces of once a bathroom, after the third try his voice came out, he bowed his head and said, "Sorry Mr. Bathroom, it's my fault. Please forgive me." Then turns towards Taani and asks,"Good enough?" She smiles. Reyansh continues, "Or do you want me to call it Ms. Bathroom?," he asked sarcastically. "Can I leave now?" he asked.
"Yeah. Leave me a way to contact you then you can go" Taani replied. "Why do you want my contact details?" Reyansh questioned. "If my bathroom has any after effects, then you have to take care of it" Taani explained innocently. "After effects?" Rayansh laughed. "Oh please," he continues to laugh. But everybody in the crowd glare at him so he gave him and gave them a card. He starts to walks away but then he thought of something and turns and calls her. "Hey," she turns around and he takes a snap of her. "What are you doing?" Taani questioned. Reyansh says with a shrug, "Just in case", while chuckling walks away.
As Taani sees Reyansh leave, she scornfully asks, "Who's afraid of who?" He checks out his after he leaves. As others are busy checking out the parachute, Taani goes to check out her scattered bathroom pieces. As she bends down to collect pieces, she seems two rings. She pulls them and they happen to be on a chain, like a necklace. "Could it be his?" Taani pondered as she look at the necklace in her palm. She looks at the direction he left. She holds them in her hand and notices the ring seems to be couple rings.
At Night...
"Taani, why did you make so many dishes today," her Grandma asked her. "Just because... Im really happy that I got payed today," Taani replied smiling. "I want to celebrate with you," she added. "You gotta save your money," her Grandma told her. "Its ok. Grandma you need to eat a lot, ok?" Taani told her. They both ate happily serving each other. As Taani watch her Grandma eat, she thought to herself, "I'm sorry Grand. Im leaving quietly. Please forgive me. Because I know you wouldn't agree if you told you," Taani thought looking down at her food. Her grandma watched her quietly.
That night Taani sat out on the porch thinking about what she needs to do. Suddenly, she looked at the sky and exclaimed, "Ah! Shooting star!" then she got upset slamming her hands on her knee, "Aiya, forgot to make a wish. Im so stupid," Taani cursed herself. Then there was one more shooting star. Not missing this star, Taani closed her eyes and prayed, "Um... I wish Grandma can be really healthy. Dad and Mom, you guys need to work hard and not let grandma worry," she quietly not knowing her Grandma was listening to her from behind the pillar, "I wish I can pay back the debt quickly. And then get my license in early childhood education. God, please protect my family. Please," she completed her prayer as her Grandma looked at her with a loving look.
"How can I be so greedy?" Taani asked like a little kid to herself. "So many wishes on just one shooting star. Who cares. At least one will come true," Taani said going back to her cheerful self. Suddenly, she felt something in her pocket. She brought it out and it Reyansh's necklace and his card. "How can I return this to him?" she wondered out loud. She turns the car around and reads, "RS Fashion House... General Manager[CEO]" Taani questions, "For real?" not believing its him. Sighing, she looks up at the sky.
Reyansh's Hotel Room...
Reyansh comes out from taking a shower in army green khakis without a shirt looking very hot. He stands in front of mirror checking drying his hands and fixing his hair. Just then he realized. His necklace is missing. "Where's my rings?" he questioned. He franatically looks around for them. Looking everywhere and anywhere, they could possible in the hotel room. He even goes back to the location where his presentation was held but no luck. "Where could it go?" Reyansh wonders. He even asks the lady who works there but to no avail.
