OMG! Robert Downey Jr knows Sunny Deol!
Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr took his Indian fans by surprise on Monday as he posted a link of an Indian website on his official Facebook page.
One couldn't believe the Hollywood heavyweight would share an Indian write-up which put the likes of him, Heath Ledger and Hugh Jackman in direct comparison to our Sunny Deol, when it comes to 'explosion walk'. While most believed the actor's PR team must have posted it on his behalf as there's no way the two could be acquainted with each other, Sunny fans were happy to assume that RDJ knows their hero. The post has been liked by over one Lakh users so far.
Out of the over seven thousand comments (and counting) that the post has garnered, majority came from Indians. Some were proud of Sunny making it to the list, while a certain section was shocked with the comparison. RDJ's non-Indian fans were left wondering who 'Sunny Deol' was.
One of Sunny's fans commented, "With all due respect, anyone can walk coolly when protected by the Iron Man suit. But no one can beat Sunny Deol whether it's walking in front of explosion or in front of 100 enemies after killing 2 dozens of them with a hand-pump (courtesy: Gadar)
We tried to contact Sunny but were told that he may not be able to respond sooner since he was abroad and was slated to travel to London from New York.
