Sara joined Saif on his bday in London

Bebo joined him as well later on, they're in London now. I don't know how this Kareena fan found this pic, but she posted it on twitter.

They were visiting friends in London. Their kid I suppose

And I guess with some other friend

that saif guy sucks! I'm sure kareena wants to have babies of her own...that buddha however doesn't cuz he already has two.

Isn't that their now personal decision?

And also, Kareena said they very much plan to have babies. Just not at this moment.
