I really don't understand the blunder cv's have done with his characterization. Will someone explain what he actually is? Mujhe toh phata hua dhol hi lagta hai. Neither he is good nor is he bad then What is he? And why is he like this? Some childhood mental disorder? Please explain guys. Am confused

they worked actually on two characters and 4 ones are just for time pass and sleep walking. this one is a total out and out jerk. !!!
