By introducing poonam as a doctor Cvs showed us some hopes that pankhuri might be back... Why a doctor and not a normal girl??? there must be some connections between pankhuri and poonam😛

there is surely a connection either way

A. Poonam is herself Pankhuri as the way she cared Ambika as flashbacks shown and might have lost her memory and face as result of landslide... and Ayesha will give her face...

B. Poonam might be the homeopath doctor that she might be treating Pankhuri and Pankhuri will only be shown when Ayesha departs for Lucknow or for Boutique...

Poonam physique & her hair on one side is exactly like pankhuri , her dressing style & the way of talking is like her too .. dont know what the cvs are upto

ya u have a point .. i think anything can happen ... but b is more sure koz one needs lots of practice to become a doctor.. and in 2 years it is just nor possible😛

Whatever be the connection between poonam and pankhu...i Only hope she is not pankhu after plastic surgery! In my opinion it wud be ridiculous coz neither poonam's height nor voice matches with pankhu's..
