Hathway and ZEE Network will have a final showdown on 25th August 2014,as the dispute between the two companies is widening and creating a problem for consumers.
In the order today, the Tribunal directed Taj TV to file their respective replies in petitions nos 319(C) of 2014 and 47(C) of 2014 by 20 August 2014. In case Hathway wishes to file any rejoinder, it should serve a copy of the rejoinder on the other side by 23 August subject to which it may file the rejoinder on 25 August.
There are payment issues between the companies and both are not ready to bow down to each other.The channels are currently blocked in some areas and not accessible to the viewers of Hathway Digital Cable across the nation.
Viewers have expressed their disappointment with Hathway as every month problems are occurring with broadcasters.
