Ummm... Well as we saw in the precap a biker comes to rescue huma.. maybe the surprise was to take sharon in the bike and he ends up saving huma :O (5th wish of swayam was bike ride with sharon)
hope its not swayam who saves huma and we get Swayam the lover boy doing something really special for sharon!!
