What do you think happened? Today there was a bit more given to us with Ishita being his daughter's name, his nightmares, and then his conversation with his doctor, Varsha, about the nightmares. Go ahead and make your wild and not-so-wild guesses.

Maybe a criminal (someone Kabir probably caught) kidnapped/killed/tortured Kabir's family to get revenge ... ha seems to be the most prominent reason given the information we have ... but you never know, the way this show is going, it could be more complicated than a simple revenge on a cop

yup what happened to his wife and daughter exactly don't know, but i agreed with that doctor he took Ishita case which is reason for his nightmare to came back which was cured for month, but i also think its guilt of not able to save them, so maybe once he save someone's daughter he might mentally feel relax
