I did like Barkha today. She didn't overreact may be she didn't want to lose her mum and she knew she didn't have much choice but obviously our lovely Barkha must have a hidden agenda specially with our Nikhil away she can only make the most of the situation.
And isn't Nikhil such a prat? I mean the way he was talking to his father I almost feel that he deserves it if he gets into a mess, that's no way to address his dad! He was so blatantly rude! And we all know he's not coming back so soon, the Nikhil track starts now may be and the Adisha track should kick off soon...

hema nikhil's rudeness with his dad is justified bec he failed to protect him from barkha's cruelty from age of 7, i mean he couldn't even get barkha to let nikhil eat at dinner table with him for years...so i don't feel inder is victim here ,it is inder's weakness and letting barkha be cruel to nikhil is at play here...all of them failed in front of barkha playing victim ..a mother who lost a child, they babied her and even nik felt his mom suffered bec of him,it is only lately he felt different hence i can understand him but still feel he could be bit less rude to his dad.
barkha has plans for sure and nik's brush with law also will eb used as ammunition...

Hey Sami I get your point that Inder isn't a victim and I wasn't saying he was buti didn't appreciate Nikhil's attitude towards his dad. That's my opinion. I don't think either that one should live in the psst. I know what Nikhil had been through all his life and everyone is to blame but let's live in the present for a change. This isn't the first time Inder has been trying to help out Nikhil as far as this job is concerned but I guess Nikhil doesn't want his dad involved as he doesn't want him to find out the truth.

I agree we should live in the present and here the question is not about the blame game but about getting out of the terrible trap of smugglers. Yesterday Nikhil was not only rude but also to some extent foolish!! I know Inder was always a mute spectator to Nikhil's agony but with this job, he tried to help Nikhil and also alerted him about his job, but Nikhil was busy enjoying the perks!! Now that he is in a mess...his first duty was to confide everything in his dad to find a lasting solution, but he has become so secretive that it has cast apprehensions and doubts in Inder ... God knows why Nikhil acts so nave and stupid at times!! I think Nikhil fears his family's safety and also doesn't want to be labeled as "trouble maker" by Barkha! so he is going it alone...but this is the most foolish way of doing things!! in my view.

nik is definitely being stupid that is for sure ...but I still think inder needs to redeem himself in my eyes before I can defend him ...but nik who has always been courteous to his family including his mother also--well almost ...should have behaved better, his total disconnect from his family has made life much more messy for nik...he will have to face the music along with barkha's ladli bahu Laajo and we do have many people to thank for this mess but barkha is no one in that list.

Well Sami,
You are right when we see Inder as a father...who is a failure!! but here we are talking of Inder as a seasoned businessman and Nikhil needs Inder's expertise as a businessman to tackle the problem at hand.
Here I am with you that we cannot defend Inder as he has been a terrible father!! I think he is more to blame than Barkha for Nikhil's loneliness as well as all the sufferings since childhood. We can understand that Barkha is beyond redemption for her psycho obsession but more than her cruelty..it is Inder's cowardice and indecisiveness which made Nikhil suffer. How can a father allow such a thing to happen to his child?!! So I hate Inder for being silent all the time.
Now , Nikhil needs the advice of a capable person who knows the intricacies of dealing with such dangerous situations and the best person for that is Inder and not even Chachu!! But Nikhil is just being stubborn and foolish. His rudeness stems from the fact that he is unable to think fast and that frustration has poured out as dissent which is not required!! Both the siblings Nikhil and Ayesha try to disconnect themselves from the family when faced with crisis as they have a trust deficit.
