Till now he never regret but plot against victim make sure his mom will take his side made her partner in crime

May be after this incident he might changed...until now its not possible. He has extremely cheap mentality and attitude

I won't say it is impossible.

In real life - I will say it is the most difficult thing that a rapist like Saurabh would reform - because he is doing all this knowing fully well that this is criminal and he has no remorse or even pity on his victim. He does not even care for the feelings of his own brother. But then if his mother is like what she is - helping harassment of her own daughter-in-law, perhaps he has received such sanskaar.

Saurabh reforming will be too much. Mostly he will turn into a criminal if it is real life.
