I know there are lots of speculations. And we finally got one good looking guy in Ishita's clinic 😆
I just had a thought from the on-location videos which I'm sharing with you all..
The situatn is Ishu doing the surgery without anesthesia. So he will be feeling pain and shouting at ehr and we will get a protective RKB. May be his pain will subside and he will actually like Ishu's work and thank her. The character is somewhat similar to Raman. There is a chance that he admires Ishita and become friends with her and jalaofy RKB. Then Mihika track will come forward and this guy can actually be positive and help Ishita in sorting out their problems. While she meets him and calls him, Raavan Kumar wil (in my opinion should be 😛) be jealous and realise that its not about Ruhi anymore, its about Ishu. I am irrevocably in love with my wife . Just hope this happens wat say??
