Dear Aunty 🤗

Ur threat of cutting me out from your next post was too much for me to bear...(but I know I deserved it,it was just the right wake up call for me 😛 )..So here I am... finally 😳😳😳..after getting a good hiding and a talking to😳😳...

I plead guilty to the charge of being a "consistent no show on Yudh" 😉😳,but plead not guilty to the charge that I perhaps only deserve a show like Jodha Akbar 😭😭😭 (btw, don't take my tearful emoticons too seriously😉) ..I have actually been watching Yudh from the second episode 😊(somehow missed the 1st one, didn't realize it had started off)...

.Got completely hooked by the 4th/5th eppy and since then haven't missed a single one...The show keeps me on the edge of my seat. Its USP lies in its unpredictability. Most of our daily soaps are so awfully directed and so boringly repetitive and predictable that I wouldn't miss anything if i dozed off for a month. But with Yudh,I soon realized that miss one eppy and u r lagging behind...This serial has some of the finest actors delivering their finest performances to date, which alone makes it a must watch for me.After a very very long time,I feel like I am seeing normal human beings whom I can relate to on the television screen.Otherwise for the last few years, we were only getting a weird mish mash of supposedly serious historical/mythological shows which I only watched for the unintended comic relief that they provided, shows with designer bahus and wives who made me nauseous with their over the top "pativrataness" or so called comedy shows which actually made me groan in agony...I thought I was done with television when we got Yudh...and Thank God for it😃

The show is defintely a must watch.Love the plot and the way the story has been handled. After a very very long time on Indian TV,i am seeing a show where each and every character is well defined and plays some real part in the story.Otherwise most characters other than the 4-5 main leads would just be there for adornment purpose and then suddenly drop off the screen without reason halfway through when it suited the director. My only concern after a few eppys was and still is that "I hope he explains all these twists and turns logically without making things fall flat on their face".The plot is getting so complex and intriguing and it is quite possible that the director might end up in a position where he is unable to tie up all loose ends finally.Hope this doesn't happen...but Anurag Kashyap is a good director and the plot certainly seems well conceived,so hoping that the end will be just as sweet 😊

As for my no show, actually terribly caught up with work, home and my Phd(which I have just embarked on).The three together are keeping so occupied that I hardly find time for anything else...The only thing I do is watch nonsense stuff inbetween(like an odd movie or historical serial 😉) and then write about it occasionally..This helps me let off steam and have agood laugh...helping me get back to work refreshed.Though I watch Yudh,I don't write/appear on the forum coz I know that IF is addictive...If I come in here,I know I can't walk off without doing some kind of a mini analysis of what is a seriously good show...and the analysis would be a heavy one(coz Yudh is not take 5 material 😉)...The idea of how much time I would spend doing this and how I make up for the lost work is the only thing that kept me away from this forum while I still continued writing
nonsensical posts on other forums on and off 😃...

Will certainly try to visit at least once a week...It might do me gud and would be nice, for sure 😃

Hv been reading all ur posts on Yudh and u have been outdoing urself here Aunty🤗..Each of the posts is a masterpiece and the tiitles deserve a special mention. It beats me as to how u can come up with such creative and yet wonderfully apt titles ..."Dark Chocolate","witches brew""bubble bubble ..." and oc today's innovatively titled" a cat's cradle"👏👏👏...Aunty,u simply rock 👏👏
