What an evening indeed. Asad's heart is as soft as his hair. Instead of feeling it, Zoe elbowed it nice and proper. Albeit unknowingly. She is going to regret this one more than anything else.

Asad is so spot on and yet he is ready to admit doubt. Zoe pervades all his thoughts. While is observing Ayaan and Humeria, he knows, and yet he thinks back to what Zoe would have thought of this. He believed his eyes and yet his self doubt cropped in context of Zoe. He felt sure and unsure at the same time. Zoe is every where, his thoughts, his feelings, his doubts, his hopes. At the end, it was his concern for Zoe, that made him share the incident. He would have kept it to himself otherwise. The thought of Zoe getting hurt bothered him. He had held on to the hope, a fragile possibility, for Zoe. He crushed and killed it for her, so that she wouldn't end up getting hurt. This man is completely in love. He knows that Ayaan makes her smile, the smile he wished to see every time he sees her. All he wanted to know was if Zoe was sure. It was heart breaking to read this part. She doesn't even gives it any thought, none whatsoever.Her mistakes are unintentional, but here she missed too much. All she can think is of her perspective. Why would Ayaan not share something like that with her? I hope the key chain finds the key soon.

Sometimes one wishes to be alone and by themselves. It's hard to feed one self, to talk, to go about daily rituals while your hopes are being broken. Solitude helps for a while and then life goes on. Calls have to be answered and plans have to made. The light refuses to give space. They continue twinkling and winking through the night, even when they are dimmed, they are not extinguished yet, not yet.

Imran is needed now. And yes we need a badly done Zoya as well. Asad is the only one that can make Zoe realize. Not Tanveer, not Ayaan, not Humeria or even Akram. It has to be Asad. 😳

This part is completely owned by Asad. This man is a precious person indeed.
