Which one did you prefer and why?
Hadiqa's song or Ali Zafar's?

I loved AZ's song. It gave me more of the feeling of Zaroon's carefree character, full of life feeling.
Hadiqa's song, on the other hand didn't click with me at all.

Both in 2 very different ways ❤️
I loved AZs song coz of its positive lyrics and upbeat music and how it fits so perfectly with Zaroon's character and the Zindagi Gulzar Hai feel of the show.
Whereas HKs song I just love to hear, its a good song and kinda fits with the pessimism that resided in Kashaf's life/mind before Zaroon showed her that chahe jo bhi ho par Zindagi Gulzar Hai.

These last lyrics of AZs song I really really love ❤️
"Kabhi aayengi khushiyaan, kabhi gumm aayenge
Yahah titliyaan muskurati hai to geeto mein dhal jaati hai
Yeh maana ki aankhon mein aansu hai, dilon mein basi bebasi
Chalo yeh bhi maana ke apno se behtar hai ajnabee
Yahan raaste dushvar hai, manzile uss paar hai
Magar isse jeene ko dil taiyar hai"

its really tuff to chose both are unique in there own way

in a cheerful mode i love to listen AZ ''zindagi gulzar hai'' i love the starting drum beat & chorus version '' zindagi gulzar hai hum ko is se pyaar hai'' so cheerful full of life

but in low or sad mood HK ''zindagi kakh na thi ''& specialy the slow version of this song specialy this line '' Tuj se Kya Kehte Tere Pass jo ah kar guzri '' ❤️ just take my breath away i can imagine zaroon call telling kashaf she got the transfer & now they can live together & Kashaf sweet smile & this line playing in BG just beautiful

those lyrics personified the title of the serial. :)

I love both! Both touch me in different ways though. Which was pre-dominantly why 2 versions were made,i think.
One is speaking about how happy and fun life is and the other speaks of the day to day troubles of life.

Both, yes both the songs are so good lyrics and composition wise that it is difficult to choose on out of them. And like jodah said it depends on the mood also. While I keep humming ZGH(ALi's version) but the lyrics and beats of Hadiqa's song catches my attention many times.

I like both of them, both the versions reflect the opposite character traits of the protagonists. While Ali Zafar's version makes me really happy, I connected to Hadiqa's song a good deal more. Especially, tujhse kya kehte terepass jo atey guzri- it's beautiful.
