Jai, RJ Balaki team up for Vadacurry director

Director Saravanarajan seems to have decided on his next project after making an impressive debut with Vadacurry. We hear that Jai will be playing the lead in his next film and RJ Balaji has also been roped in for the project. The shoot for the film, which is said to be a breezy entertainer, will commence in a couple of months.

A source in the know says, "Jai and Balaji have been signed on for this flick, but the female lead is yet to be decided. The director has finished his script and is expected to start shooting from October. The film is a love story set in Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. The director has plans to give an all-new avatar to Jai in this film. It will be a very colourful film with all the commercial elements added to it."

Though most things are finalized, the makers of the film are planning to make an official announcement only after all the other cast and crew of the film are decided. Meanwhile, Jai also has a couple of films to complete before he joins this film.
