The only thing they will show now is Rags pushing Kalpi out of the car before it burnt or something illogical like that and then she will come back with a new face. Meanwhile Raghav is dead and Ashish if not leaving will come back as a new character with Raghav's face.

PS: This is how I think the story will move forward.

It will be like new Kalpu will fall in love with new lead(might be Shaleen)...and Rags might get pulled to her...similarly with Kalpu too...and one fine day when she sees that accident spot and Pakhi she'll get her memory back😡

Raghav is dead Agu...if u carefully read AC's and Shilpa's tweets the only thing they tell us is that Ashish will not play RS as people have been bashing the EMA team badly and can't see RS with anyone esle. Ashish also said something on the lines of how he is going to shave off his face to let go RS and see beneath it.

So the only thing that makes sense, if he is not leaving is that he will be introduced as a new character but with Raghav's face.
