Yeah you are right.😆 Cause this is the stupidest twist so far. A hole in the heart doesn't stop your heartbeats. It just make that your heart isn't pumping enough blood to your body and decrease your pulse. This defect gives even a whistle sound that would make the doctors alert of this. So why didn't the doctors notice it when he was in the hospital, when he was hit by the truck driven by Abhay Kapoor? It's strange.😕 Even if the heart's beats decreases the heart wouldn't stop. If it would stop then he wouldn't be able to even wake up EVER, not when Dauji came. The only thing which I think they linked the hole in the heart is because of his asthma and that event with Dauji. Cause a shortness of breath is a common symptom of a hole in the heart, and the doctors might, I don't know how, because in that case those are incompetent doctors, and they have misdiagnosed Raja shortness of breath, the whistlesound for asthma instead of a hole in the heart.
