i don't think its inspired from that show because this Hindi drama always turn out to he something else from what they promised. But still let see.

Neither of them seem capable of having an affair as they appear to be decent people, only if something were to shatter that bond between Amrita and hubby, the latter who so far seems to be a faithful man though there might be misunderstandings between them as of now Amrita is doubting her own husband in terms of Trishas disappearance, shes in a fragile state of mind and in losing her daughter she might be losing her own husband in a metaphysical sense whilst she may put her faith on the detective to sort out her problems which may give rise to complications in all relationships concerned
