Shanaya is not a positive character .
Both Shanaya and Aarav for that matter even Chirag and Latika to a certain extent are spoilt rich kids.
Shanaya is a vindictive, does damage to the goods again and again which itself is not a pardonable offence. She has to be reported to the police.
Sharada is not being "magnanimous" but stupid. Sharada is not just an individual. She runs a business taking loan from the bank, involving Sakshi and a whole bunch of women.
She has to be responsible . She should not have put up with shanaya causing damage. That too to the venture that she is doing in course of making her pehchan. as well as her daily bread.
I cannot digest the fact that she is being "magnanimous" to Shanaya to "make her realise" her mistakes (after causing so much loss) Sharada should be stern that is my opinion.
Even if Shanaya turns positive that is not going to undo the damage done by her. It is better her track also comes to an end. This is getting bitter.
Aarav is not so bad. a kid after all.
Karan getting angry is normal when it is hard to find a job and being loaded with guilt in not being able to provide for the family . People get angry at such times.
Sakshi calling her mother is normal. Her mother after all has a right to know what is going on.
Padma aunty could have spoken with a bit more tact.
The comments about Sharda's pehchaan again were stupid coming from Padma aunty's mouth. It is not her business. Her concerns should be limited to Sakshi.
Frankly I don't care a damn whether Shanaya turns positive or not. Even if she does I will never have any respect for her.
One cannot undo all acts of spite so easily. Sharda can pardon Shanaya. But Shanaya needs to be punished. I hope Pallavi takes care of that.
