ZGH ; Not Just A Love Story But A lesson Of Life

Its high time our Hindi serial makers should do the introspection . They go on with turns and twists just to drag the story line . Zindgi Gulzar Hai , is the show which ended in just 26 episodes . It was subtle , no over the top drama , nothing trash in the name of Romance , still love was in the air when both were just talking or holding the hands . looking at each othere now and then . And what was not dealt in this show . Discrimination between son and daughter , Education , woman empowerment . Then some lighter moments in the university , along with flirt Zaroon but he is serious about what he wants in life . Kashaf , with her insecurities , not trusting men as whole and with lots of complexes which she went through while growing up . Zaron who is shown to be mature also , did his best to understand Kashaf and bring her out of her shell . He has patience . Many times he was like sulking kid who wanted Kashaf,s attention .
Rafia , a mother to be given credit for imparting value in her daughters despite no support and bringing them up with dignity and made them financially independent . When Kashaf gets married . She gives her small advises which helps Kashaf to make her relations with in-laws strong . And later on also she makes Kashaf understand the relationships . She realizes her the value of relations . Help her to over come her complexities and Zaroon also has major contribution to make the marriage successful . He did not let ego come in between the two . He was steadily breaking her shell .
Brother sister relationship which Kashaf also became the part of . There is so much about this show . When i was translating the episodes then one feels the depth of the characters and dialogues have imposrance . Not single dialogue was without any meaning
Fawad Khan as Zqaroon played brilliantly the character and specially in intense scenes . His eyes can do the talking . In recent our actors , i do not find anyone near Fawad Khan , please no offence to any one . And Sanam as Kashaf did great job . She has speaking eyes . Both of them brought the best in each other whenever was confronting scene .It was not just a love story but so many lessons of life weaved in . Do not have enough words to appreciate this show .
A show can be full package when every character plays a important role to take the story . No trash in the name of Romance , no glycerine factory , no mute cow daughter-in-law . And so was ZGH. This show has spoilt me for others as i was not into any Hindi shows already .

Alas our Hindi show makers start introspecting what kind of nonsense are feeding the viewers . We are the country with so much treasure of literature ..
Lets see which of our Hindi show is going towards the tested formula .

Yes ZGH is so exceptional that it has spoilt me and now I absolutely refuse to take 100+ episodes of nonsense in the name of entertainment which gave me nothing but headaches over what will happen next, break ups, love triangles, plotting, planning, make up ki dukans, glycerine ki factories, band kamro mein udti hawa, 100mins eyelocks and giro pakdo romance.

I would rather watch ZGH every day till a new such show comes along than torture myself with any of that idiocy anymore 😃

i was fed up with Hindi shows and every other show became the replica of each other . No substance in the story . Feeding trash in the name of Romance , you comments reminded me of someone,s comments in some post in this forum that she was embarrassed while watching ZGH with her family . I was surprised and was thinking then What about our Hindi shows which are in the process to get more trash in the name of Romance . And i agree with your every point . This show took me back in DD days and know doubt that time even other channel were also coming out with strong contents . All changed After K factor . ZGH has shown that you do not have to go over the top to tell the story . I do not think there was any scene between the leads which was remotely shown to be physically closer to each other . It was just holding hands or smiles , a look here and there . Other than leads other characters were powerful . Just Zaroon,s mother , she was mother-in-law but ever crossed the line . Quite subtle show . I can watch this one again but off to Hindi ones . Hope start going towards story than never ending tamasha which just never stops .
You could identify with the characters as they all belonged to real people around us .

awesome post ! as a pakistani im feeling proud now that indians liked our dramas and really appreciated it. so i want to say to all indians that i love watching indian films and some of my fav are 3 idiots and taray zameen per ,devdas and jab we met . and we should all appreciate each other cause this is the best way to understand that at both sides of the borders human live who have emotions 😊😊

ZGH is a perfect package in the terms of acting, story ⭐️
all actors just fit perfectly to there characters & did phenominal job 👏every epi left a impact brilliant performances by
every actor/actress 👍🏼

ZGH drama touched on sensitive issues & their far-reaching implications. Because of the lack of a father's affection, even though Kashaf grew into a very intelligent and successful woman, she couldn't let go of the feelings of inferiority complex easily. The way it was depicted that daughters are a blessing instead of a burden and should be treated with the same love and respect that sons are showered with really touched the hearts of many people.

we had strong women characters like kashaf,rafia,sidra,sara who faced failures in life cried but move on other side zaroon equaly stronge character 👍🏼
actually now if i review ZaShaf scenes i'm surprised to say there was no hug, fall & catch moments but only ZaShaf hand holding scenes there eye locks & there all couplish scenes are so beautiful & sensuous ❤️
ZaShaf power cut scene, morning tea scene,today kashaf confession scene just thinking about them bring a smile on face & there sad scenes you can feel there emotions

what a beautiful end ZGH starts with kashaf always having complain with GOD & ends Kashaf thanking GOD for a blissful life ❤️

Kudos to the entire team of ZGH for putting up a brilliant show seriously Hats Off ⭐️👏 Kudos to Zee Zindagi for bringing ZGH in our lives 👏👍🏼

there is so much we can learn from ZGH
i learnt alot from ZGH i start loving respecting my mom more now ❤️
now in any hardship in my life i'll think about kashaf & will over come it ❤️
zaroon i learnt from him never make your ego bigger then your relationship its better to bend a little than to break a relationship ❤️

beautiful post .agree with you totally. as you said it is a lesson . everyone should learn how to keep relationship , may it Zarron Kashaf' s relationship or Rafia and her daughters relationship. though many people said zarron is a chauvinist but I like his character. he is a perfect husband who know how the relationship between husband and wife should be, and what efforts should make for the betterment of this beautiful relationship.
and Rafia she is how a mother should. so loving , caring.she brought up her daughters so well.
