God took the strength of a mountain

Our father is someone we should be thankful for having as a person in our lives who loves us and cares for us like no other would.
He is someone, who almost, all of us can say is behind all our successes and achievements.He is with us to share our joys and sorrows, to guide us through life and lead us on the path of self-enrichment.
He is there for us whenever we need him, provides for all our necessities and luxuries within his means, and even goes an extra miles to give us what we truly deserve.
His just being there to understand our ambitions is enough to give us the courage to pursue our goals.

A father is someone who works all day long to provide his children with all their needs and make them smile as it's the only thing in the world which means to him the most.
Fathers are so important. Some of you may not realize it now but in later life, you would definitely say that whatever you have achieved it is largely because of your father.
If he had not supported you, you might not have been able to gain what you have in life.
Today is Father's Day, not just a common day of celebration, but a day tob e thankful to our father's for loving us immensely and by being there our sides to hold us when we are about to fall, ride us on his back just to let us watch the lights of the world as we cant manage to enjoy the views on our little weak legs. Working hard all day long to fulfill all our dreams and buy us whatever we ask for.

History Of Father's Day
Father's Day is primarily a holiday inaugurated in the early 20th century to complement Mother's Day in celebrating fatherhood and parenting by males, and to honour ad commemorate fathers and grandfathers.
The idea of creating a day for children to honour their fathers began in Spokane, Washington. A woman by the name of Sonora Smart Dodd thought of the idea for Father's Day while listening to a Mother's Day sermon in 1909.
Having been raised by her father, William Jackson Smart, after her mother died, Sonora wanted her father to know how special he was to her. It was her father that made all the parental sacrifises and was, in the eyes of his daughter, a courageous, selfless and loving man. Sonora's father was born in June ,so she chose to hold the first Father's Day celebration in Spokane, Washington on the June 19, 1910.
President Calvin Coolidge in 1924, supported the idea of a national Father's Day .In 1926, a national Father's Day Commitee was formed in New York City . Father's Day was recognized by a Joint Resolution of Congress in 1956. In 1972, President Richard Nixon established a permanent national observance of Father's Day to be held on the thrid Sunday of June.
So Father's Day was born in recognition of the gratitude of a daughter who thought that her father and all good fathers should be honoured with a special day just like we honour our mothers on Mother's Day.
