It pays to be less talented since talent is such a common trait right? I guess we should all learn to be less talented and you will see people will start appreciating you.
The episode today proved one thing and that is that people have no respect for talent. They would much rather focus on irrelavent things. I don't really blame the people who vote..not anymore anyways. I mean if the judges can look people in the eye and tell them that 'this singer is talented' knowing well that deep down that isn't true then who are we to blame the janta? just a thought.
What has been proved once again is that people who want to seriously pursue singing should be on Star Voice of India. I have to say after watching that I must commend judges for their outright balent honesty and appreciation for talent.
I have always enjoyed watching II and will continue to watch it. Its just sad to see hardworking and more deserving people go out.
Remember one thing though and it goes for all things you do: In the end the universe tends to unfold the way it should, and people who truely deserve to be at the top make it sooner or later. I mean just look at Amey Date, Karunya, and Meenal...I have heard more of them than Sandeep.
So dont be disheartned because if you are not talented then people wont want to listen to you. Sure they'll vote for you because they like the way you look and behave on a show but when it comes down to singing I like to believe that most people are sane and appreciate true talent.
