I have always related to Kashaf's character, due to quite a few similarities of the character and my own persona, and thanks toZGH, I find a Zaroon type guy to be my perfect soulmate (whether I find one or not is a different thing though 😆)

Though as an actor he played Asher the best, I have my own soft corner for Zaroon and hence am voting for it 😊

I have only seen Zaroon, and what I have seen of Zaroon, I have loved. He is an endearing man, he is the kind of man you want to take home to. Let Humsafar come on telly, and I will say what I think of Asher. But I don't think any man will be better than Zaroon for me.

that's a no brainier it's ashar hands down...zaroon was designed to make women fall in love with him and credit to fawaad who elevates the script to a whole different level (not to say the script was weak but sanam was the one with an author backed role ) ..humsafar belonged to ashar besides ofcourse the couple...ashar goes through this whole emotional voyage and it;s a real treat to watch the character unravel...zaroon is a charmer , romantic at heart and wears his heart on his sleeve .ashar on the other hand is our brooding hero and has his own charm and isn't blatant like probably a zaroon ...ashar's character allowed him to display his acting chops...so intense ...zgh was a slice of life , the writing was fresh and is probably the best writing i've seen in Pakistani soaps but somehow i didn't feel as emotionally invested in the show like in case of humsafar ...humsafar creates some beautiful cinematic moments that stay with u ...the story is run off the mill but the treatment, story telling, dialogues, performances background score ,cinematography plain brilliant ...it gives the otherwise regular plot an edge ...humsafar is one of my fav shows i've lost count on the number of times i've watched it ...it's appeal remains timeless ...i even loved fawaad's hassan fantastic he was and he had the very talented sanam baloch opposite him who performs like a dream (i couldn't really enjoy the show in totality the content was too disturbing )...both daastan and zgh the girls had an author backed role it's a different story that fawaad shines but methinks humsafar is the show that was as much ashar's as it was khirad's ...zaroon ashar hassan were all brilliant but if i have to pick one it would be ashar
