May be jassi will get death penalty for killing Mr. sastri but when they finds out that she is pg she will get life in prison. Gives birth and raghav and her baby will find out truth and will take revenge

Or with this court case truth will come out and then I don't know t and d may do some other funky tricks

The makers of this show are really bringing in the concept of , "yeh duniya kitni chotti hai". Of all the people, Jassi managed to implicate herself in the murder of Shatri and then ended up using his wife's name.
