Pookie is jealous of Kalpi because she sees in Kalpi what she doesn't see in herself. She wants to win Raghav in the same way that Kalpi did, so she's trying to become like Kalpi by pretending to be all goody goody. Kalpi doesn't have to do anything, she doesn't have to degrade herself, all she just need to do is just be herself and that will cause her to win the hearts of people.

That's why people should never look down at the poor because even though they may not have much they are the kindest and gracious people you could ever meet.

So true and money is not everything! Some may feel so! They still have a lot to learn! Money is not happiness and happiness is not money!
