I don't get why Ankita is disappearing anymore. Originally, it was to keep the baby a secret. Now that everyone knows she's pregnant with Naren's child, why run away? She doesn't need to associate with the Karmarkars if she doesn't want to but she can still live with her siblings and relatives. There is no need to lose out on the affection of her family.
Doesn't she want the child to be raised knowing about his/her family? The child is basically another Pia in the making. Remember how Pia felt guilty that she was the reason her mom was away from her family and the reason that Purvi/Arjun weren't together? Now this child is going to feel that he/she is the reason his/her mother had to leave her family.
The problem in both of these cases is that there is no need for the separation. In Pia's case, had Ovi/Arjun/Purvi cleared the misunderstandings that drove them all apart, Pia wouldn't have been deprived of her family and left craving their affection.
Now, all Ankita has to do is avoid Pari/Naren, start working at a different company, and can still live with her family.
