The CVs have done their research. Durga's surgeon and the hospital didn't give any details about her surgery and maintained confidentiality which is what happens in real life. If it was an Ekta Kapoor serial most likely by now there would have been 3 or 4 'contracts' between the surgeon and Durga and Dayal...

Sakshi had told, university that she is an new employer of Durga verifying her educational background.In hospital what else could have said other than marriage ?

Thank God Dr Dayal did her surgery in US and not in India. If it was India by now some money would have exchanged hands and Sakshi would have had all info.
