For the part about JM forgiving Raja..its her decision to forgive him though he r***ed her under circumstances but not out of lust..she loved him..that was not a wrong social message I think 🤔

That would be so awesome! Bhabi is the one that thinks women need men to survive! So she can live with the man even if he is a rapist!

the situation is different..we would get it if we dont stick to the fact here..what Raja did was under circumstances and not out of lust..I know you dont agree with me and I am not supporting r**e in any manner..so better we leave this conversation here

Yup and he got up the next day smirked and said so what your my wife so it's perfectly fine what I did! How conveniently both CVs and viewers forgot that! He wasn't drugged than!

Why does law differentiate between homicide, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, manslaughter and self defence?

Because the degree of punishment depends on the circumstance of the crime. Committing a rape after being doped with drugs is different from committing it when in your senses.

I am not condoning Raja's actions the morning after as they were completely wrong but the fact of the matter is if the court was presented with the proof of Raja being drugged by Bhanu, he would be acquitted in the rape case as it is an act under coercion and not done something willfully.

Yes he was not drugged..That was the way he thinks about a wife..he was raised that way..even his whole famiy were!! That does not make him a r***ist. He would not go and assault any other girl..He protected madhu's virtue till that night thats because he respected her wills regarding that..
