Who is the butcher at SN....

In June 11th episode, A big uncut peace of Lamb/goat or sheep is shown on the kitchen counter of Shanti Niketan. I want to know, who is the Butcher at Shanti Niketan, to cut that big leg of meat into pieces. What a strange things Ekta is Showing. Every body allover the world is getting meat, nicely cleaned and cut into small pieces from the butcher's shops but SN is having butchers in their house. If we see the treatment they did to Tulsi is not less that a act of butchers.
